This is one of two items purchased from this seller. Both arrived promptly and as described.Having read other reviews, it was obvious that the attachment end was a very tight fit around the tap/faucet.Having heated this as suggested and also applying soap, it would not fit.My advice is to avoid purchasing this unless you know that the tap/faucet you want to fit it onto is very small.Although the returns policy is good, what they don't tell you is that a £3.25 deduction is taken from your refund to cover the postage cost for sending it back!As a Prime member, I am disappointed that this is not covered by the seller.

The product worked as expected.However the simple and yet crucial black rubber washer (that prevents water leaking at the connection point of the hose and shower head) was missing. A simple matter to resolve by sending a washer. But the company Posh Porschey who sent the product, refused to send the missing part, and dealt with the matter poorly. They insisted that I wasn’t looking properly and that washer must be there, despite me assuring them that it wasn’t. They went on to state that they always have customers claim there was no washer, when there was. I confirmed that I had double and triple checked but the washer was missing. They dismissed this. I had to source and buy the rubber washer myself. Not worth the hassle of emails! Zero customer service. I’ll never buy from this company, irrespective of the product quality.

After reading other reviews was abit skeptical of buying one but did and glad now as fitted flat ended taps no problem. No leaks or drips. Surprised how powerful water spray was.

The 2.5 metre length of the tube is a real plus point - Longer than most others on market.The rubber attachment to the sink needed all my strength to get it onto the tap! I read all of the information about the fit (my tap is a standard round tap). After a lot of effort I managed to get the rubber attachment onto the tap (I am slightly dreading getting it off!!).Ive read that the attachment can pop off if the water pressure from the tap is too high. I doubt this will happen with mine as the fit is so so tight! However, to reduce any chance of this happening, I put a cable tie around the rubber section on the tap.

The media could not be loaded.  Suction cup for the taps are not tight enough so it leaks there and the connection from the Hose to the shower head is very very cheap and not well made it leaks a lot there too! So I will not be installing the holder as there is no point cheap crap!!!! Would definitely not recommend!

So many mixed reviews so a little unsure when ordering. This product however had the best description as to which size to buy for style of tap. Pleased I went ahead with the order. It fits exactly as described. Arrived more promptly than expected too.

I'm sorry to say I can not use this item, when you put the suction cups onto the taps they fit well but once you turn the water on it comes out the top of the taps soaking the sides of the bath. I have had to put these in the garage as I can't use them.

When the item was advertised it gave dimensions of the tap fitting which suited my bathroom taps but when it arrived, yes it fitted my snub-nosed taps perfectly but when I turned on the taps gently to get the right temperature the hot tap connection came of (Not the cold which had the highest pressure) so I changed the connections over and it happened again. I then moved to the kitchen and tried the taps and again the thing fitted perfectly, but the taps had a longer spout and when I adjust the water temperature and got that right I have to wash my hair when not showering I do it in the kitchen, which is not a problem. So if you are thinking of buying these I feel they are not suitable for snub-nosed taps but were ok for taps having a longer spout (As long as you get the correct size) Hope this helps, and the quality is very good.
