These pills are an excellent source of garlic. The pills are small and easy to swallow, and I don't notice any garlic odor or taste. As for health benefits, I think that these are one of the top supplements I have ever taken. I REALLY notice a difference in how I feel. I started taking garlic oil to prevent cysts and other similar infections as I had read that garlic is a natural anti-oxidant. I also had read that it was great to reduce the duration of a cold. I found that both of these are true. In the 2+ years that I was good about taking 3 of these pills daily, I found that it completely eliminated any breakouts on my face. I also noticed that I was not catching the colds and bugs that were going around. My sister is a schoolteacher and is trying these since the beginning of the school year. She has noticed she has not caught any colds from her students. I wholeheartedly recommend these garlic pills to anyone. They are supposed to be good for your heart health so pay attention to how it might affect any blood pressure or cholesterol medicine you may take. But my cholesterol has been super low as well!

I am fond of garlic for its potential health benefits but I also like these pills because they seem to make me more resistant to mosquito bites. Mosquitoes have traditionally treated me like a fine delicacy, feasting on me at every opportunity. I began taking this to see if I could dissuade them, and even though it's only my experience, I definitely believe I get fewer bites than I used to. My only negative comment would be the excessive and potentially deceptive bottle size: it may be done for commonality with other Nature's Bounty products packaged in the same type of bottle, but the pills only fill a small fraction of their container. I'm a repeat customer and am otherwise pleased with the product.
