Product works.This is my 3rd time purchasing.If you are type 2. you should be taking these.I ordered from amazon, because Costco was sold out.

It can be frustrating buying vitamins, since it is difficult to evaluate and compare various brands for effectiveness, and one rarely feels a cause and affect within an hour or two of taking the vitamin, so that there is a clear cause and effect. It seems that one simply takes vitamins over an extended period of time, and one must make a judgement as to how any supplement contributes or affects one health.With a headache, you can judge the effectiveness, as with anti-histamines, pain pills, and the like, but there is no immediate relief that can be judge by a vitamin. I have taken a wide array of vitamins and minerals in strong doses for an extended period of time, and not notice feeling any better. I can stop taking all vitamins and supplements, and can hardly tell any difference in how I feel. how can you really evaluate vitamins? I have read some recent studies that say that there are no objective results, which I find hard to believe, but that is the crux of the problem.I finally discovered a consumer research service called ConsumberLab that evaluates the claims of vitamins, and checks for valid claims, and the trustworthiness of ingredients, and then shows the least expensive quality product. What a find.Spoiler Alert: ConsumbrLab rated Kirkland CoQ10 a best buy for quality and price. I'll have to go with their research, as I simply can't tell you how various vitamins compare based upon how vitamins make me feel.

These are a great deal. Other CoQ10 brands charge far more for a smaller milligram size let alone a smaller quantity per bottle. I have worked in healthcare most of my career and believe in the benefits of taking CoQ10. I take CoQ10 regularly for cardiac health and have for a number of years. I was also impressed that these were USP (United States Pharmacopeia) tested and vertified. The capsules are fairly large as you can see in the picture but they go down easily with a beverage. I will definitely buy Kirkland CoQ10 again
