Wow! I am truly surprised by the efficiency of this product. I was using the sublingual Vitamim B12 tablets and I did not notice any real difference. I read the reviews for this liquid Vitamin B12 supplement carefully before investing in this product. I started with 5 drops under my tongue the first day since I received my first shipment in the afternoon and I did not know if it would keep me from being able to get to sleep. No problem with getting to sleep. There is a bit of a tingle after using the product, but it does not last very long. The liquid is faintly grape flavored, not overly sweet or syrupy at all. The second day I took 7 drops in the morning ( 6:30 am) and 7 drops at 12:30 pm. NO afternoon crash! NO afternoon caffeine was needed either. I usually have to have a caffeinated beverage with a light lunch to ward off the afternoon "slump". This Sublingual Vitamin B12 liquid absolutely works. I am less fatigued and I have more energy. I do not take it twice a day on the weekend, only once in the mornings on Saturdays and Sundays. But, my job requires intense focus and attention to detail so I use it twice a day on work days. I had a stroke 5 months ago and after being in the hospital, was very deconditioned physically and foggy mentally. My doctor and I discussed adding B12. He and I are very involved with integrative medicine and biologics, and always make sure not to solely rely on prescription drugs. Many people are deficient in B12, especially as they get older. I prefer this methylcobalamin, and still feel that the sublingual delivery is superior because of rapid absorption without gut interference. I also prefer only pure sources for supplements. This met all the requirements. Still, be aware of the potential for increased uric acid levels if you have Gout, and decreased potassium levels, both of which can happen when using B12.So, I have used this daily for 3 weeks, following instructions to shake well, keep under tongue for 90 seconds, then swish before swallow, and avoid food and drink for ten minutes. After about 10 days, I noticed my energy levels had doubled and were consistent, my motor skills were improving, and my speech was clearer, with short term memory improved. My nervous system apparently really needed the boost, and I intend to continue taking this every morning. It's the best form I've tried yet, and I think it is worth the higher price for this brand versus the cyanocobalamin SL you occasionally see in drugstore. And, strict vegetarians should really add this in, since the human body makes very little of its own B12 and the only real dietary sources are meat, eggs and dairy. It really is a miracle vitamin! I started taking this product b/c my annual checkup revealed my B12 levels were a little low and because it may help w/some chronic health issues I've been dealing with this year. I chose a sublingual formula b/c I'm experiencing a lot of food sensitivities that have made it hard to take meds or supplements in pill form. I didn't really know what to expect, so I was pleasantly surprised to see noticeable improvements in my energy, food reactions, but most of all... my hair! For months now, I've been shedding a distressing amount of hair after washing and brushing. I was on the verge of asking my doc to test my thyroid yet again, but a few days after starting this supplement, the excess shedding completely stopped! I couldn't believe it and while my hair isn't my #1 concern at the moment, it's nice to see that this product is truly effective.

Finally, some energy! Which makes me wonder if I was deficient. Great product, works quickly, I have a nice boost of energy and it doesn’t taste bad. And no MCAS reaction.Update: 2nd bottle ordered tastes completely different and is kinda sour. Also, the ingredients have changed. I sure hope it’s still soy free but the new bottle doesn’t specify. Interesting.
