Is the 10.25 the diameter of the bottom or the top opening?

I own this pan. Bottom is 8" and top is 10.25". Manufacturers usually specify the maximum dimension, which in this case is the top diameter of 10.25".

In What country is this made?

I'm glad I saved the info on the T-fal E9380584 Professional pan. It says that like everything else these days that the pan was made in China. It also says that T-fal is a registered trademark of TEFAL S.A.S. France. I hope this helps. By the way so far it's proving to be a great pan.

Does anyone know if there is a glass lid that will fit this pan and the other professional series pans?

The lid that will fit the 12.5" T-Fal Professional pan is the Paderno World Class stainless steel 12.5" lid. It is not glass and not as domed as I would have preferred, but it fits perfectly.
