Excellent Product at a very reasonable price. Much better than old Waterpik
I have used Waterpik Flossers for more than 30 years and while they are important for my dental health, I've always been irritated by the fact that that don't last long because the hose is always breaking. They've also gotten more and more expensive. So when I saw a price of $34 with a coupon, I decided to give this one a try and I'm quite impressed. Of course the question of how long it lasts is still up in the air, but the fact that they've made several design improvements is a really good start. Instead of coming out of the side of the pik it comes out the bottom. That point of stress on the side is where my Waterpiks always broke! The magnetic holding design makes just using it much easier - really well thought out. This new machine is much much much quieter than the old Waterpik! And, it seems to do a better job of getting food out of my teeth. That's just a subjective judgement, but it seems like a lot more pieces of food are coming out. Finally, while I haven't used them, this comes with a couple different nasal flow tips for cleaning your sinuses which might be useful when you get a cold. Fortunately, I haven't had to use that yet. While I like the overall design, I would add a couple of suggestions for the company to consider in their next iteration. The on/off switch is awkward, because when you go to turn it off while it's running, you have to push it and tend to tip it over. A slide switch on the end like the old Waterpik is much easier and eliminates that problem. The design of putting the water holder into a slot works very well. But the top seems unnecessary and keeps it from drying out. I just removed mine - easy to do. Other than that - very well designed and a much more reasonable price.

Awesome
My last water flosser lasted 4 years and it costed me 70$; this 28 dollar water flosser is slightly better.

Didn't last a year but backed by excellent customer service.
Used this once a day for the last 10 months and now it locked up for good and I am unable to get it to work again.Just to follow up as HsOFloss customer service quickly reached out to me to help resolve my issue and then just as quickly shipped me a new unit as a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Very Good Cleaner for Very Low Price
I've been using this water pick for 5 months and it has worked great. It was very inexpensive for such good quality. I've had absolutely no problems with it and it does a great job at cleaning the food from between my teeth and massaging my gums. I highly recommend it.

Good gift for someone with a dirty a$$ mouth…
Got this as a gift for an ex, he loved it. We’re broken up now. He said it was good quality, comfortable in his mouth, held water good and was very durable.

Quiet, but leaks water all over the bathroom counter
I love that this water pick is much, much quieter than my old WaterPik. However, it is very poorly made. Right after the 30 day return window had passed, this started leaking water. Now I have a constant pool of water on my bathroom counter. Others have commented on this, and the company still hasn't done anything to address it, apparently.

The assortment of tips is pretty amazing. For those of you who irrigate your ...
Revised 5-31-17.Revised recommendation - Avoid this unit like the plague! In just over a month, two of the regular picks have experienced the same defect. The colored plastic piece cannot hold up to the stress of the water pressure. The first one lasted about 3 weeks before cracking and separating (see photos). The plastic fractures in a near perfect circle that follows the weakest part of the design. Once the fracturing has started, it doesn't take long before the tip separates from the base. During this time, water begins to shoot out sideways from just below the tip base. It makes it appear that the seal is bad, but close examination of the tip base will show the plastic fracturing (see photo with arrows). When my first tip cracked, I switched to one of the additional standard picks. It lasted 4 days before the same cracking started. At this rate, I would go through 15-30 standard picks a year!Considering I have used the same tip on a Water Pic unit for a couple of years, this performance is extremely unsatisfactory.I have not contacted the manufacturer yet, but will this week. I will update this post accordingly.---------- original post ---------I have had my H2ofloss for about a week so far. I have had 2 water pik units in the past, and each of them suffered from the same loud vibration. If I were single, it wouldn't have been a big deal, but when it's so loud it wakes up your spouse, it is not a long term solution. It was the Quiet description that caught my attention, and I can say that this unit is very quiet, especially compared to my old waterpik. I am able to use it at 4am without fear of waking my spouse. It makes noise to be sure, but not much more than my electric toothbrush. It is not as well build as my old water pik was. The plastic seems thinner. However time will tell and after using it a week, I do not think it will be a factor. I have read reviews about tips cracking etc, To me, the basic tips appear as solid as Water-pics. It may be that some of the specialized tips with multiple plastic parts may fail under the pressure of the water being forced through them, but time will tell. I will update my review as time passes if I observe any of this. The unit is powerful. I am still on setting 2 - and it may be a while before I am able to increase power. I bought this as a way to help with sensitive gums that bleed with normal brushing. After a week of use, I can now brush without bleeding. My hope is that I can save the price of the unit many many times over in reduced dental expenses..The reservoir hold 900ML of water. On 2, this lasts adequately long. My advise is start on a low setting until you know how you react to the pressure, then scale up accordingly. You may also want to add some mouthwash to the water to add some antiseptic properties. The assortment of tips is pretty amazing. For those of you who irrigate your sinuses, this unit allows for that too. I have not tried it yet, but I can see it being a boon during cold and flu season. I want to try the periodontal tip as soon as my gums acclimate to a higher setting. It looks like it will be great for cleaning out the area below the gum line. All in all, an amazing amount of utility packed into a decent looking unit.
