Very pretty, runs a bit large
For my fellow tall girls, this dress actually works. I am 5‘11“, a true size 12, an athletic build (kind of straight up and down), and a 36D. I ordered the XL thinking I would need more length in the torso and room in the chest, but due to the fact that the dress can dip a bit low in the back, it was just a bit too big overall. If the top part hadn’t been too large I could have made the XL work because there is a sash that can cinch in at the waist (though there are no sash holders on the dress so it moves around a bit), but the part under my armpits and the back draped down so much that it showed my bra. I’m going to exchange it for a large because the XL was plenty big enough elsewhere to know that I will have room to go down a size; the waist is a simple elastic and the rest is flowy. The dress is a very flattering length (it hits me a few inches above the ankle), and the material is soft. I’m looking forward to trying the Large.

Fit is odd...mine came dirty
I ordered this as I needed a specific color and the product photos looked nice. When it came, I saw it was in an Amazon plastic bag, not a manufacturer bag. So I knew it was a likely return. When I return things, I try them on only gently, fold them carefully, and include any papers/inserts and don't remove tags. This had no tag and was dirty! I mean nasty antiperspirant marks, darkened under the arms and even some black stains where arms rubbed along the front top. To top it all off, it smelled of sweat/body odor. NOT consistent with a try on, more like someone wore this at least for one entire day, then returned it. They really need to do better inspections and not process refunds to people who do this.I did try it on anyway to see if I was even going to attempt a replacement versus just a return (it was gross to do!) It fit oddly. The top is too long or just cut wrong. I am just under 5'8" and it had an odd fit at the neck. I am a 36c, not super busty. And I had to pull it up to where it fit over my bust, and that resulted in too much fabric above my bust. If I tried smoothing it there, then it was tight across my bust and there was too much skin showing on the sides (like in front of your armpit area) which made it unattractive. Maybe if you have a narrow torso or smaller breasts, you could get lucky. I'd get a size up, but then the back elastic halter would be loose. And I don't really feel like spending the time to do sewing/alterations on a cheap dress. I think a dart at the bust would be better construction. Maybe it is a "juniors" type dress, not a "misses." So if you frequent places like Aeropostale, this may fit you better than an adult woman. It is also very long. I wanted to wear it with some new Kate Spade shoes (that's why I picked the color!) but you could hardly even see them under this. It didn't hit the ground, and I thought being a taller person would expose at least my bottom calf, but it hit aboit my ankle bone. Someone shorter is gonna have some hemming in their future. And hemming chiffon is a pain!I did not ask for a replacement, just a refund. I do like the color, and possibly would attempt a larger size and/or alterations if I can't find another in the color. It's too bad because it is ~almost~ cute.

Way too big, even as a maternity dress
I purchased this dress assuming it that it was more of a tan than a yellow, but it is actually the color of a sticky note. I'm 5' 3" tall and usually around 130 lbs (pre-pregnancy), and wear a 36C. I ordered a small and it was absolutely enormous on me, even though I'm almost six months pregnant with a huge preggo belly, and weighing in at almost 160 lbs right now. I looked like I was wearing a tarp made out of crumply sticky notes. The chest area was surprising loose as well, which was the main area that I was afraid would be too small. I also purchased this dress because it kept popping up when I'd search for "maternity dresses," but it definitely is not made to be worn that way. The waist is elastic, but if you put the elastic at the top of your bump it makes the top look weird and scrunched up. I cannot imagine going braless in it either whether you have a little or a lot up top because either you'd have so much loose material around the arms that you'd be in danger of losing small ones out of the armholes or you'd look like you had the girls in a bag. The fit is just not flattering anywhere. For reference, I have a very athletic build and usually wear a size 4.

True to size, nicely made, washes well. Very flattering for tall girls too!
I was very pleased with the quality and fit of this dress. I had ordered it for a wedding and received several compliments on it as well. I am on the taller side and it did go down to almost my ankles- It was perfect with the shoes i chose to wear.I also was very pleased with how it washed. I washed it on cold and hung to dry. It retained its shape and fabric hand as well.It fits nicely and flatters/flows in just the right spots. The only thing that i wish would have been a little more reinforced was the neck/collar. It ties in the back and appears as a "choker" style. Which was what i wanted. However the fabric for this was not as thick as it should be in my opinion.

Love these dresses
I bought 4 of these dresses - all in small and they are adorable for a quick evening out for drinks and a salad or just out with friends doing casual things. Cotton - not dressy or fancy - just cute summer sundress. I am 77.5 years old, weigh at the present 155 - 5'4" tall - curvy - 34DD bra or 36DD depending on the bra. They are not expensive or fancy for a fancy occasion - just for fun in the summer or on a vacation that you need a casual easy dress to throw on. Yes they came very wrinkled and because of the material I won't even attempt to press or steam them - I will pay the cleaners to do that for me. If you are built correctly I would say you can go with out a bra but they would work great under with a strapless bra and it would not show. I ordered the small and as I said - I am round - not tall and lanky so I cant vouch for how it would fit under the arms if you have thin arms and a narrow back. I can imagine wearing these with sandals and a jean jacket. The back almost touches the floor on me but that is fine - will look perfect with sandals or wedges.
