Essential for recovery
I had a shocking case of brachial neuritus, which left my hands weak to the point of useless.I bought a huge box load of gadgets and toys to help in my recovery and these were the things I used the most. They're the perfect size somehow for everyone I know that's picked them up, and they feel really good to hold and squeeze. I worried after first feeling them that dirt and hair would stick to them too easily, but to be fair they stay clean on the most part. If you drop them and they do get dirty, a rinse under the hot tap brings them back to new.The only reason they lose a star for me personally is I wish the hardest one wasn't there and a much softer one put in place of it. When my hands were super weak I could barely squeeze the softest one, but it did still bring some benefit. The softest is still my favourite, ocassionally using the middle one. For the price though, they're very good.

Brilliant aid for hand exercises to strengthen recovering injury or nerve damage.
Following a bad fracture to my left wrist I suffered both median and ulnar nerve entrapment that required surgery. As a result of the injury and nerve compression my hand deteriorated in strength and dexterity and lead to muscle wastage. One of the most important things in my recovery process is physic and home exercises for my hand. These balls play a brilliant part in my recovery helping me to regain strength in my hand and to try and prevent further loss of dexterity and to help build up the muscles in my hand and strengthen the tendons. Clear instructions show exactly how to exercise my hand with these balls. It is going to be a long process but these balls really help. They give a good variable size and resistance to work with. I like the texture of the balls. They are easy to grip. I go agree with the suggestion to keep them in the packets they come in as they could pick up dirt and fluff easily. I would also strongly recommend that you speak with your doctor or physiotherapist to make sure that the exercises you are doing with these balls is appropriate to the needs of your hand's condition. Cannot recommend them enough.

Perfect for strengthening Osteoarthritic hands/fingers on the go
I was looking for a more portable/on the go/less messy method of doing hand and finger exercises than theraputty and these fit the bill perfectly. Osteoarthritis has weakened my pinch and grip strength and I can do all of the exercises given to me by my physio using them. The sheet of exercises that comes with the pack pretty much mirrors my physio exercise sheet which is reassuring. Orange is the most soft and you can warm your fingers up by running through a set - also pliable enough to do the thumb plunge. Green is the medium resistance and that does give a good work out for my hands, thumb plunge not so easy but still can do it a little. Black is the densest and I will work up to that one but it is nice to just roll between your hands and fingers. Perfect to have one in your bag and do a few times during the day and even though they will pick up a bit of fluff, they are easy to clean. Can't praise them highly enough!

Ideal for people with larger hands
Maybe my wife has small hands, but she finds it difficult to use these egg-shaped stress balls in all the ways described in the instructions. Holding the ball in the palm of the hand or between forefinger and thumb is fine but not possible between any of her other fingers. All in all, though they are well made and provide her with useful exercises for her fingers which are beginning to show signs of Arthritis.

great fidget objects for ADHD and strengthening arthritis fingers
love the fact that there are 3 different resistances eggs.and I can put one in a bag or pocket and use it to de-stress as well as a fidget toy and strengthen fingers.I have ADHD (47) and my son (9) probably also has this gift. I always buy 2 of everything when I find an interesting gizmo as I know he'll just want to try it and then it will disappear. we both love these. great value, you can't go wrong. i don't do reviews very often but when something hits the mark I like to share.

Soft enough to compress, firm enough to work
3 eggs, each slightly firmer than the 1st, brilliant. My hands tend to stiffen and be painful, since door man knocked me flying and broke my wrist when he refused a punter entry to a pub, as i stood in the distance.Since healing my arm and wrist ache, the eggs will do very well to keep my tendons and joints supple.Thankyou

Hope to improve veins.
Hope the use of these stress balls may help the veins in the back of my hands recover and hopefully grow. My veins are becoming increasingly knackered as they have been regularly punctured on a weekly basis for the last 30 odd years as I self administer medication for internal bleeding that I suffer due to being a haemophiliac.

Release Your Stresses With A Workout For Your Hands
Lovely therapeutic stress eggs that are so useful. I have one hand that is a lot weaker than the other and on the suggestion of my physio looked for a suitable sized ball.Being egg shaped these are so much easier to grasp although I can only just get my hand around the orange one the choice of strengths is fab - going from Easy Orange, Try harder Green & Full Strength Black ( not their names but very apt)Because of the lovely rubber/silicon feel it’s very tactile you can sit & relax while giving your hands a work out - instruction leaflet comes with them and very neatly packaged in a plastic clip together container
