Have tried many Zinc supplements but these are the best yet. Easy to swallow and no nasty taste. Had been taking these for two weeks when I took a test that supported the effectiveness of these capsules.Minor sports injures seem to heal quicker which was my reason for taking in the first place.

Worried about lack of sleep post birth of my first child so wanted to stock up on key vitamins to ensue my body stayed healthy. Started with the Zinc but ended up getting the whole range and was 100% worth it and a great addition to my diet.

Would be good tablets in a glass bottle, however the ones supplied will be well out of date before I can finish them. They probably won't work efficiently.

Whenever there was a cold going round the office (which feels like a 100 years ago now…) I would take a zinc supplement, and it really did seem to make a difference to how bad the colds I caught were. These capsules contain zinc picolinate which could well be easier for the body to absorb than the form found in most other supplements. There are 60 capsules for £9.95 so quite good value.

Very happy and says exactly what it does on the tin. Ideal for anybody improving immune system and metabolism. Best one out there by far.

Nothing to dislike this product gave me the boost required

This may be because it was just a sample product but it was a very large bottle with just a few in the bottom. It’s very hard to review supplements but this seems okay. I take it along with vitamin C and D and hope it helps to keep the virus at bay.
