Well made!
I installed a hydroboost brake system in my 1999 jeep cherokee. The hydroboost works great at stopping the jeep, but it doesn't do well with drilled and slotted brake rotors. Brake pads were going every couple of months, and I knew there weren't any issues with brake lines or booster. So I bought these smooth rotors and holy crap, no issues of rotor wear or rapid brake pad failure! I guess the slotted rotors act like meat slicers and quickly wear out the brake pads.

Worked as expected!
Change out was fast and easy. They work great....would have given them 5 stars ...if they had painted the center portions so they wouldn't rust.

Better than my factory rotors
So far ACDelco hasn't let me down. Their Advantage line of brakes is a good value. I worked for GM for some time and had to sit through many AC Delco propaganda meetings. However, I have to say their stuff lives up to the hype. The D3EA rating process is pretty intense and it was meant to weed out all the garbage aftermarket stuff out there. Advantage is AC Delco's attempt to take over the aftermarket world. The brakes are made in the same factory as their OEM stuff. My bet is, that they just repackaged some of the OE stuff and discounted it. Why retool a factory when you could just re-box the good stuff for pennies. The pads & rotors took about 2 weeks to really break in, noticeable grinding on hard stops and some slight squeal but that has subsided now that the pads have married to the new Advantage rotors I mounted when I changed the pads. Easy install, everything was in the box except assembly lube. But, most pads don't come with that.I think they would make Big Tom Callahan proud. In short, don't be afraid to buy these.
