HaywardSPX3000BN Diffuser Replacement for Hayward Super Ii Pump

This works as intended and I’ve had no problem with this item.

UPDATED: This went from 2 stars to 4 stars for customer service. I got sent a new part by the seller with the idea that would fix the issue. It didn't but I am updated from 2 stars to 4 stars for customer service. I think I am just running into an unresolvable problem.This is not an exact replacement part for my original diffuser (pump serial number SP3010X15A circa 2003). My original diffuser had 5 tabs that were thicker. This replacement part had to be forced into place and would not stay in place. I ended up breaking one of the tabs and then in a last ditch effort to salvage something, I shaved the inside of the tabs for the replacement part. This ended up working. I would give it one star but I think this 3 tab option is the only type of replacement for the diffuser now.

This part works just fine with my 15 year old pump without any modification to fit in.

This product was exactly as it was described. Shipping took 1 day over the minimum time frame coming from across the country. This was acceptable. The product itself was nearly 100% exact as its same manufacture Hayward replacement although the tabs that connect it to the pump motor were slightly wrong but it still worked. Its actually an SP3000BN Hayward product marked on the front of the diffuser which is an exact replacement of my old cracked unit. So great name brand product better than average shipping time and the cost was great. I would buy from this seller again.

Rebuilt my Hayward pump using genuine parts. Easy Job once pump is separated from motor and pool lines. I've tried aftermarket parts, don't bother, you will have issues.

Worked as promised. It took a bit of effort to keep the tabs/ears in place because the tabs were a bit tight and they kept popping off as I placed the entire assembly into the pump housing. But once I got the tabs to stay in place the part worked great. Remeber to also purchase the diffuser gasket the goes toward the basket/strainer.

Part did not fit.Correct part and casting number but part was misformed could not use.

Genuine Hayward part in Hayward packaging at half the price charged by Leslie's. Perfect fit. Replaces my cracked original. Be careful to make sure this is the part you need - Amazon sells several similar looking Hayward diffusers for different pump models. I thought I had a major underground air leak. Turns out all I needed was to replace this cracked part and clean out the clogged impeller that is behind the diffuser. Good as new.
