I have been using the serum for about a year, but it just wasn't moisturizing enough so I thought I would add this to the mix. I have very sensitive maturing skin that I have tried a gazillion products on. There is a lot of congestion in my T-zone, and hyper pigmentation too. The pimple situation is basically whack a mole. I'm always treating one spot at a time that migrates around my face. This has been my situation since adolescence, but now I have the fun of dry skin patches along with the rogue pimples.I have been using this for about 2 weeks now, and I'm really liking it. I'm usually intolerant to anything scented, but the light citrus scent of this doesn't bother me or burn my eyes. It seems to be helping a bothersome dark spot on my cheek that I have been treating with various stuff over the years. I have tried hydroquinine, es sunspot,garnier/aveeno/neutrogena lightening stuff, concha de nacar perlop creme, goji serum, vitamin c serum, glutathione creme, clinique dark spot corrrector, and a couple of others that I can't remember. Even my blind boyfriend noticed that the dark spot seems to be faded. Also, I have been using only this and the serum on my face---not spot treating any pimples or blemishes, and it has been healing those within a day or two of application! It is a little heavier than anything I have ever used, but It is moisturizing without being greasy and imparts a nice glow.

After using this for over a year, this is a permanent part of my routine. I use it at night. Removes the dark spots on my skin too. 4 oz has gone a long way. And when my family gets sunburned, they come racing for this. It hurts at first bc of the tingle but with an hour, it heals sunburns. No peeling. Love this product.

Since they changed the packaging, you'll notice that there is a smaller compartment that fits inside the larger one, reducing the volume of cream that you get. I tend to run out faster now that this has happened, even though the price is the same. Annoying, but I like the product so I will continue to buy it. Just be aware.

I finished the entire jar, which is pretty impressive for me, especially considering its generous size. I ordered this cream because of some articles I'd read about Mexican Tepezcohuite and its skin protective and restorative powers. It is hydrating and feels soothing without being heavy, and it never clogged my pores or caused a breakout, which my skin is prone to. I had hoped for some noticeable improvements of scars and redness, and while it didn't work a miracle, I would repurchase. It makes for a light but effective moisturizer for warmer months or warmer climates as well.

I had a fall and ended up with a laceration on my chin. The doctor told me it was going to scar but suggested this cream (along with an SPF cream) to apply to reduce scarring. First, the smell is very refreshing. Second, my scar looks and feels so much better every time I apply the cream. Third, I just started applying it as a true face cream and I can't believe how much better my skin feels compared to some of my more expensive skin creams. I now understand why they say it can heal wounds but it can also repair your skin. I will purchase this product for life.

At 4 am I was searching for a cream to soothe my face after having had a chemical peel. My skin was not only red, it was itchy and uncomfortable. However, I did not want anything that had any chemicals and I found this product. I'm positively delighted with how it makes my skin feel after applying it. It lubricates and soothes even after it dries. I have another skin cream that I thought would work as well but it left my skin feeling "annoyed" after it dried. I would definitely recommend this product!

This cream is great. I'm 40+. I still get carded.That's pretty much all you need to know. Buy it.

Any good product takes some time to fully work. You will not see results instantly but your skin will appear softer. Also in regards the the color, its in a natural state it can be in, so dont except magical unicorns and rainbows to be flying out the the container when you open it. I have used this for about a month and love it. Tepezcohuite is the same stuff found in any of the Salma Hayak products which I love as well. It's awesome just to be able to buy from the source. I'm 26 and this doesn't break out my sensitive skin. I've used and tried so many moisturizers and anti aging products since my late teens, just to get a head start on great skincare to fight the aging process, and this one ingredient is my staple. Thank you for making this product available and as natural as possible!

reasonably good cream ..but not much better then any other.....all natural ...big jar. smells good!!!

I thought I was purchasing a very moisturizing cream, it turns out it's caused dryness instead. My skin feels very tight and dry moments after application. I will continue to use it for another week to see if there are any benefits.

It feels better and way less itchy when I apply the cream... can't wait to see bigger results...

I have keratosis Polaris and have used a cream before with tepezcohuite that worked amazingly. I was hoping this would do the same, and unfortunately it didn't. This is quite a watery but also extremely grainy, sand like texture which I wasn't a fan of. Didn't seem to help my dryness and the grainyness was a turn off. Packaging and little spoon that it comes with are nice, other than that I would never purchase this again nor even finish the tub of cream.

This is by far the most excellent cream I have ever purchased! It is perfect for my skin every day, especially after a peel. It feels smooth and cooling on my face and lips. I will always purchase this product, as long as they make it. I can't say enough good things about it.
