Works great.
I started making different type of cheese (Brie, Camembert, Cambozola and different type of goat cheese) and this works perfectly well following the recipes.

we made brie out of fava beans, yes we did
We have been vegan for 11 years, but we still remember what brie tastes and smells like. Fava beans ferment to make delicious cheeses, so we innoculated some with P. camemberti. Except for the fact that my partner didn't use nearly enough fat, the taste and smell are exactly right. He aged it in a little wine fridge with the temp turned all the way up and got a nice, thick, white rind. Great product!
