Alright, let's talk about this Wilton Mini Loaf Pan. I initially grabbed one because I was on a serious snickerdoodle bread kick. You know, the kind with that irresistible cinnamon-sugar crust? And I wanted that fresh-from-the-oven magic in a size that wouldn't tempt me into eating a whole loaf in one sitting.The first batch in, and I'm sold. The loaves popped out so easily. Every single mini loaf was evenly baked, which is saying something. We've all seen those pans that play favorites with which cavity gets more heat.I've gotten a lot of use out of this pan, and it's stood up to the test. It still looks brand new, which is impressive considering how much it's been through. And those individual-sized loaves? Perfect for when you want to treat yourself without going overboard or for handing out to the neighbors without having to slice up a bigger bread.It's a pretty large pan, but it fits my oven perfectly. Worth it. I liked it so much that I got a second one. I'm planning to snag a couple more in the near future.So yeah, if you're into baking and love sweat bread or any mini loaf, this pan's a solid buy. Just make sure you've got the space to store it, and you're good to go.

This may seem like a weird review but well here. I'll cut to the chase. I had to return the product because it didn't fit in my oven. So is this seriously a review from someone who hasn't even used the product? I mean. When you put it that way. Sort of.But I tell ya what. It looked great. Felt super sturdy. Super easy to work with. When I started shedding tears from discovering it wouldn't fit in the oven the little mini loaf cavities quietly and comfortingly caught them all. And it was a breeze to clean out those tears too.And I have several other Wilton products that are all great and always perform well. So my hunch is that this gem would work at least as well as any other Wilton pan. Or any other mini loaf pan.Plus. I mean come on. Do you really have to have extensive first hand experience with something to know you're missing out if it's not yours? Who hasn't missed out on a job opportunity or girlfriend or some hard to find item on eBay? No one. Everyone has been there. Does that mean you're not qualified to lament the loss of whatever wasn't meant to be? No. No it does not.So don't be like me. Don't let this slip through your grasp. Make note of the pan's dimensions. Measure your oven. Make sure you have the right environment that will allow this pan to thrive and do what it does best. And carpe diem.Also. It's a pan. You mix stuff up. Pour that stuff in the little rectangle holes. Then you apply heat and time. Or maybe you apply less heat (i.e. chill or freeze) and time. This is a great pan. I used it to make small banana breads for my Christmas gift boxes. Made a double recipe. It fit perfectly in the cavities, 1/2 cup + each. The ideal size for a quick breakfast snack. They came out of the pan easily, no sticking. The only drawback is the time it takes to wash 18 individual cells, and finding a place to store it.. I would not put it in the dishwasher. A great addition to my baking supplies. I will use it a lot.

First let me say that the pan is huge. It is barely fits in my oven with a few centimeters of space on the sides.I believe I have an average sized oven but if yours is smaller I would check the dimensions to make sure it will fit. I need the pan has been easy to clean however I do use Wilton's cake release so I never have issues cleaning my pans. Of course because there are so many loaf spaces (not sure what you would call it) it is a bit tedious having to wash out each one. The pan is thick and sturdy. So far I've used it twice to make mini sour cream cakes with no issues of uneven cooking. Trusted brand for a great price.

OMG I love this thing. I love baking - buy all kinds of stuff all the time so when I saw these mega items I thought yes perfect. It fits just perfectly in my oven. Because of the size I do flip it around halfway through the baking time just to make sure it bakes evenly. I've made banana bread loaves both with and without chocolate chips - did not use spray - they came out just fine. I've also made pineapple upside down cakes in them and because of the brown sugar I used a non-stick cooking spray and yet still dreaded trying to get them out and then to wash it afterwards - no reason to worry at all!! I could not believe how easily they came out of the pan - even with all the sticky brown sugar. Clean Up was a Breeze!!! Oh I am so pleased with this. Highly recommend. I did use the Mega Cookie sheet with this - placed it upsde down and on top of this so I could easily flip the cakes onto it - worked great.
