Stopped a small leak in car A/C evaporator where other products had failed. Note this product has 1/4” male and female connectors on each end. To use in a typical auto system, you will need to purchase a 1/4” to R-134A convertor kit (or at least 1/4” to 1/2” adapters). A hose and gauge manifold set is also highly recommended to ease injection. Many auto parts stores will rent them out for the day if you don’t want to invest in a set.

Seems to have helped with our residential split system. Was easy to use vs others and can't say if the UV worked as I never found any simye so maybe the leak sealent fixed anything that might have leaked.

This leak fixer allowed me to plug a small leak where I made a flare connection. I had lost all the refrigerant during the first try. Then I redid the flare connection, recharged the unit while using the leak stopper. It leaked a bit at first but then it stopped leaking. The HVAC appliance works now.Definitely recommend the product.

Had a slow leak on a Pioneer 1.5 ton mini split. No problem pushing this into the system. Two days later the compressor failed (system looks normal but compressor no longer moves refrigerant / full standing pressure when the unit is on or off). Can't say for sure if this was caused by the leak sealant but I would not recommend this for mini splits.

This is stop leak and I have an evaporator that's becoming porous. The company's support and educational materials gave me faith to do the install. I am a former HVAC mechanic so I knew how to do the charge and also I understand the risks.Know that using this product could clog small metering provisions on your evaporator. If this happens you'd have some extra work to do because of it. I know how to do this and thought it was worth the risk. So far so good and because it circulates about in the circuit it is available to stop future leaks that might occur.If I had a leak after this I think I'd stop adding it, more is not better. This can work however.

So far, So Good. A/C had a small leak in the coil in the attic. Contractor charged $200.00+ to check the unit and confirmed a leak. They wanted $9,700.00 to replace the complete A/C system. I bought the stop leak and r410a… I put the stop leak and recharged it last week and the a/c is still working so far. Very easy to use and it worked.

One month into adding the 3 in 1 AC leak seal. Our 2008 4 ton Trane XR12 AC Spacepack unit lost R22 freon after three consecutive days of 100 deg heatwave. I had my local HVAC company come to top off the unit and it seems obvious that there is a leak. So I gave this a product a chance since it would be a while waiting time to replace the unit.So far it’s working, no loss of freon and the unit is running as it should.Remember, up north these ac units run for +- four months, so if the unit suppose to last 15 years it’s kind of more like 30 or more if taken care of properly.
