Little TwigBaby Lotion, Natural Plant Derived Formula, Fragrance Free, 8.5 fl oz

I have to put in my two cents after reading the other reviews. I LOVE this lotion for my daughter who has sensitive skin and eczema, and, ever since I started using this consistently after her baths, she hasn't had a single eczema outbreak in months. I can't remember the last time I had to pull out the prescription hydrocortisone cream, and that makes me happy. : ) I love that this lotion has no smell, and I actually like the thinner consistency. I think many people are used to those thick, gooey, greasy lotions full of silicones, and this is not one of those - thank goodness! That stuff can actually dry out baby's skin over time and make it worse. Yes, you have to use the Little Twig lotion liberally, but it works great without making baby's skin sticky or greasy. It absorbs quickly after a bath and leaves my daughter's skin nice and soft. It doesn't offer intense moisture, but if your baby needs that much of a heavy moisturizer, you might consider a) bathing baby less often (we started out every other night and found that to be too often for the first 8 months, switched to 2x a week for a good while, and now we're back to every other night again now that my daughter is almost 1 year old and more active), b) using a gentler soap (I also love the Little Twig baby wash, although I prefer the lavender one over the extra mild), c) using less soap, or d) if all else fails, supplement with something like coconut or olive oil for the dry areas.The most recent pump bottle I purchased had the statement about the lotion not containing nuts crossed out with a marker. That could be a legitimate concern for some of you out there: this lotion is, in fact, NOT nut-free. Lucky for us, that isn't an issue for my daughter.I hope the formulation of this lotion never changes, though, because we had terrible experiences with others out there, especially Aveeno which made my baby scream upon application from what I can only imagine was a burning sensation during her earlier days when she had terrible eczema. So if your baby has extremely sensitive skin like our daughter had when she was younger, you might give this a try! : )

It's ok. I was looking for an unscented lotion that was more natural and had good EWG reviews. This fit the bill. It is not greasy (important for my daughter!) The smell is much better than other unscented, no fragrance added lotions. But it just doesn't moisturize that great. Better than nothing, but I am still on the search for something fragrance free with good EWG reviews that actually moisturizes . . .

All these twig bath products are great for my kid--excema prone and sensitive skin, these work great-much nicer than many others ive tried. especially the baby wash it never stings her. I am also sensitive to fragrances and stuff and i recently started using this myself when even the lubriderm sensitive starting making the skin around my eyes burn. now i use it on my face daily-its the gentlest iver ever had--even better than Khiels.

What I received does not smell unscented. It smells like lavender or tea tree? I use the fragrance free shampoo and fragrance free conditioner by this Little Twig company and they are what I call truly unscented.

Did not work for my LO, gave him a rash.

This is not nut free as it lists. Tamanu is a nut! Be careful if avoiding nut products.
