If oil paint dries up on palette, can it be peeled off?

All oil paint will dry in time, I would recommend this pallet, as oil paint wipes off cleanly, if left 24 hrs, it can be scraped off with a pallet knife, then clean residue off with turns, leaving a clear and clean pallet, carol ( North Wales )

Is this palette ridged enough for comfortable loading a two inch brush and for stiff mixing using a palette knife? (Oil paint)

This is a smooth Palette as used by Bob Ross videos. It’s suitable for oil as used by Bob who also gives instruction for palette knife usage. I bought the Bob Ross one but there are other cheaper copies out there which may not give the same result
