Mcphee Archie, Squirrel Feeder Unicorn Head

I bought this when I started getting squirrels eating out of my bird feeder. It is a blast watching them retrieve the peanuts out to the inside of the unicorn's head. Good Times. I would buy it again. I will see if I can add a picture in the furture.

The media could not be loaded. I've had to move it around and adjust it. Now my cats always bring it to my attention when we have a visitor lol. I used fishing line to tie it to a hook here by the window after tying to to a tree with string (it doesn't come with string). After this video was taken I put in another hook to keep it from spinning like a pinata.

This is super cute and I would like to point out a few things...If you are hanging it, there needs to be a way for the squirrel to get to it. Must be in a higher up branch yet easy to retrieve for refilling purposes. We have it wedged into the tree outside of our work window.The instructions say to put peanut butter in to hold in the squirrel food. I would NOT recommend doing this. Just fill the snout until it naturally spills out. We put peanut butter and it got moldy and gross.Put it in a place that you don't care if squirrel food is on the ground. These darn squirrels have no manners and refuse to clean up after themselves.

Our squirrels aren't as interested, but the chipmunks love it!Don't follow the manufacturer suggestion of smearing peanut butter inside - it's a nightmare to clean the inside if you do that.

Got it and hung it by a window on my porch. It was awesome watching the squirrels eat from it but the issue comes when you don’t keep it filled. My squirrels became cursed from eating from it for 2 weeks and started eating the face from the unicorn. They no longer wanted to stick their heads up there so they made a new entrance to the golden land of corn & peanuts. It was fun for the 2 weeks it lasted. I also bought a Trump Head feeder but after seeing what these terminator squirrels did to Unicorn, I decided to hang inside. Nobody eats our President!!
