My side buttons are not so easy to push and take top off.i had mine 2 days and the inside plastic bit where u put gauze broke.it gets far to hot so ya lips constantly get that plastic taste.Anyone else that is looking to sub the jay for theses.spend more money and get a better 1

This is a good product, not the strongest ive had but for the price you can't expect more than this, I used it empty a few times to clear the bad taste, as stated by others, and ive had no problem. Its a sturdy solid bit of bit, the only potential problem I could see is how you pop the top off, I can see after some wear n tear it might get loose or even crack. Apart from that I really like it. Fast charging with a screen to show you how charged it is, simple to understand and use, and I really like the way you can change the temperature easily. Really great product for the price

Bought as a quick fix since my last broke. Waste of money, less then 3 weeks later the mouth piece has fallen apart meaning the mesh bit between your mouth and the hot chamber is pointless. Spend your money elsewhere

really good and the vapor leaves much less of a smell than smoking. have been able to smoke inside without anyone noticing the smell :) cery good for the price. works better if you run it a few times empty before use

This was very very disappointing! It smells and tastes very strongly of burning plastic. I emailed the company and was told to leave it in a well ventilated area for a bit and try again. I done this several times and the smell and acrid taste just would not go. Its completely unusable unfortunately! The taste and smell is really really horrible. The company itself were good to deal with and they did give me a full refund but the vape went in the bin. I wouldn't recommend buying this vape.
