It keeps me in bed longer
It keeps me in bed longer without interrupting my sleep . I used to wake up 2 times now it is only once most of the time none. I will keep buying it and I think that it is a cure all supplement: cholesterol, hypertension, sugar and prostate health.

Not noticing any difference.Then again, this is probably one of those supplements that you have to take for a few months before you supposedly notice a change. I am not going to give them that long.The product shipped very quickly in a well padded envelope.You only have to take one pill, so that is a plus. Several other supplements make you take two or even three daily. That's too much!

The best i have found
Ageprost works the best of anything i have found! I don't even have to get up at night now. I use this with zinc with pumpkin seed.
