I have reviewed Amoy noodles pn several occasions, so here is my summation of my experiences: When dining alone I enjoy both flour and rice-based noodles in their different varieties, as does my younger daughter: when my elder daughter visits, a gluten avoidee, the choice is limited to the rice based.This presents no problem, as I keep a cupboard full of the noodles to choose from. Great
