Arrived in a box with paper perched around the screwdriver at the center. Fast delivery by a good serious woman. The screwdriver is easy to use, sturdy in screwing out the back screws on PS4 and it doesn't take up any space, place wherever you like for next job. Magnetic tips to hold screws. Perfect for taking it apart. I used it to remove my copy of gta5 from the machine after it died. You can’t use the player externally and you don’t need it to access the hard drive.

Good product for the price
My sons PS4 is 5 years old and sounded like a jet engine when under heavy graphical load. Needless to say, I needed to clean the dust out.This tool is effective and I would rate it a 4/5 in terms of quality. It’s not very cheap feeling but doesn’t feel like a premium tool either. As long as the torx end is durable enough to not strip, I am happy with it, which it has been so far.Now the dust has been thoroughly cleaned out and the PS4 is as quiet as ever. What used to sound like an extremely loud, vibrating fan, now sounds barely louder than the system when at idle. Couldn’t be happier to clean out the console.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this torx years ago to work on my ps4. Was my first amazon purchase. It has opened my ps4s and ps5 several times and saved us tons of money on cleaning our consoles. This tool single handedly allowed me to treat my consoles like my PC.
