The bottom of favorite grilled cheese pan was getting so bad that it was starting to produce smoke so I needed something that took off the black burnt bottom Saw the videos on this sponge and thought I'd try it. I'm happy with the results. Later, I did use it with Bon Ami cleanser which helped more. Even though it did not get out every black spot, it is so much better now. Be careful using this sponge though cause it will scratch your granite counters.

I love these sponges! Only works on Stainless Steel pans (do NOT use on any non stick surfaces, will definitely scratch) but that's the whole point for caked-on burnt-on, dried-up, overcooked gross food left on pans... If say a roommate or partner forgot to wash the pan or soak right after cooking. Just wet the sponge with water and scrub. No need for soap. Better than Barkeeper's or baking soda, better than steel wool, better than regular sponge alone. I keep one next to my regular sponge by the sink always. Great value for the price! One sponge lasts me a whole year! I cook multiple times, every single day. (Was also a professional cook, food stylist and worked at a high end kitchen supply store for over a decade) seriously nothing else works better on burnt-on food stained pans better than these sponges. I used to scour the internet looking for these and always had to order them from Asia. They work better a bit worn down, because they can scratch brand new pans if not careful when the sponge is too new. But if you cook a ton, minor ware and tear and regular scratches won't matter/bug you as much as getting a pan clean for food safety. The stainless steel pans can handle this kind of ware and tear. Have had my all clad stainless pans for over ten years now and these help them stay looking new, especially around the bolts. I recommend these all the time! Best kept secret.

Nice and thin. You'll find so many more uses for these around the house than just getting stuff off of the underside of cookware! I had hard scaly water deposits on the glass surrounding our powder room faucet (one of those fancy highfalutin modern type looking things). I've tried everything for 4 years to get this stuff off. One day I thought, maybe i'll try my sponges. Took it all off super easily!!!! Faucet looks like new.My only rec is to spot test your item first before using it, because certain surfaces it will scratch if you scrub too aggressively (example, it gets the burned on weird stuff off of the bottom of my fav Our Place pan, but I rubbed too hard in one spot and it took the color right off lol)

Bad qualityI got my first one from shein I loved it was durable but this one off Amazon it shreds after 2 days of using it. But it works good on your stainless steel thr 1st day.

Nothing takes nasty stains off pan bottoms or even glass rings on counter tops like these pads. Works on everything.

I replaced my stainless sink with a black granite sink and wanted to find a black sponge. When they arrived, they felt so abrasive that I thought it would scratch my new sink. Wrong! Over use during the week I noticed the sponge feeling more like the regular blue or yellow sponges. These sponges carry no mildew smell, holds suds incredibly well and soft enough for my sink yet tough enough on pots. I am very happy with this purchase.

These actually work, I wish they were thicker and maybe came with a handle type thing but they do work.The bottom of the frying pan I cleaned looks so much better now although it takes a lot of elbow grease. I'm hoping to get the hubby to clean the rest of my pans LOL

A magic sponge for the base of frying pans! No effort needed just simple rubbing and that discolouration just disappeared. Happy to recommend

It’s really good in first couple of uses then not good but key is don’t leave it wet then it goes a bit long
