We make this smoked cheese in our own Smokehouses! It is lightly smoked to create an even more distinctive look and flavor. Serve alone or combined with your favorite crackers and dip.

Good cheese, but a bit disappointing
This is good cheese, but the texture wasn't right. I think it may have suffered from being frozen so that it could be shipped safely to my desert home. It is more successful when melted than when it is used as a grated garnish.
