I bought a Bonica Rosebush from Heirloom Roses/Amazon in May 2023. The short video on the product page (What to Expect When Your Roses Arrive) gave helpful information about planting. The plant arrived on time. It had 3 long canes. The longest was about 17 inches above the potting medium. It didn’t have any leaves because the seller defoliates plants before shipping. I planted it on the day it arrived. Within 2 weeks, the plant was covered with new leaves and buds appeared about 2 weeks later. It has grown a lot and bloomed all summer. It is a very healthy plant with beautiful flowers!

Bought a year ago. Arrived in a tiny and bad shape. Called the company and expected to grow given a time. However, 2 out of 3 branches were dead. It is exactly one year and it looks very unhappy. Never saw the flowers.

Rose Arrived without leaves. It now has leaves & is thriving.

Arrived packaged very good. However pretty disappointed when I opened it to find a stick with a few tiny leaves. Compared to other roses and plants I have ordered it is pretty sad for the price. Will give it a chance and see if it grows

I bought a little over 40 roses from Heirloom Roses this past summer because I wanted a plant that could withstand our extreem summers and below freezing winter temps , most during our hot August 100 plus weather, and was amazed to see them not only grow and bloom, but thrive under these harsh temps (with proper fertilizing and regular watering), Bonica is one of my very faves ; she is actually still blooming right now in December.

I used it in the front of my house in a larger than life pot.

Arrived in pretty sad shape.
