One drop is enough per day - in fact, less than one drop is enough if you dilute it in an energy drink and keep it in the fridge for a few days.

The taste is certainly an acquired taste. It is not sweet at all, almost like a seltzer. The reason I order this is because it contains organic cane sugar, organic erythritol, organic yerba mate extract, organic peach flavor and organic stevia. When I was drinking the yummy mango Rockstars, I was gaining weight and getting bloated and puffy. Not with this drink.160 mg of caffeine. I have noticed that in my city, Bashas is the only grocery store I can still find it. Safeway and Frys no longer carry it and it is never at Walmart so I will continue to buy online.
