how do you load the staples

Sorry I just noticed that. The staples go in the handle. They slide in the back and are held in by a spring you pull behind them.

Im looking for the pushing that goes inside the hummer stapler but i cant find it here. I need some help with that. Can you please help me with that?

Im not sure what exactly u are asking, a bushing instead of pushing or the metal part that pushes the staples forward to feed the stapler?

How do I Clear a Jam? They say Quick Clear but I don''t understand the mechanism. I lost my instructions 35 years ago...

To clear a jam you need to unlatch the spring system that attaches to the slide then release the jaw and dig out the staples. Jams happen but these staplers are notorious for lemons. I've had some that last years without jamming and others that do it right out of the box constantly and make them unusable for anything besides a parts stapler for my other ones.

Does the duo-fast also accept arrow staples?

The HT-550 accepts Arrow 850 Series Staples, which can be found on Amazon and Arrow's Website. This Hammer Tacker does not accept Arrow's T50 Staple, the most well known heavy duty staple.
