YES, buy!
First off, these gummies have helped my nails grow like I have never seen them grow! Seriously, my nails are/were typically flimsy and sad. However, after almost finishing my first bottle, I’ve actually had to file them down a bit! My nails are strong and long. I can’t stress enough…get these now! As for my hair, I use so many different products that I’m not sure if my hair growth is from these gummies or the rice water shampoo/conditioner/serum that I use.
