Vedco Swimmer's Ear Astringent For Dogs 4 oz by Unknown

This keeps my goldendoodle from getting ear infections. We've been using it for about 2 years now. He goes swimming in our pool once or twice a day. I put a little in his ear canal every evening and it keeps the ear infections at bay. A little goes a long way with this stuff. Your dog should shake its head after applying.

I have a golden retriever. When he sees me with the medicine bottle he runs to the next room falls on the floor and puts his paws in the air. I put the swimmers ear astringent in his ears and he just looked at me like WOW this feels good. He got up and licked me with his tail wagging. His ears have remained clear and infection free ever since I started using the swimmers ear.

This product is amazing. It is absolutely must have for dogs that are competing in dock diving and are constantly in the water. It makes world of difference. Before this product with constant swimming I had issue with build up yeast in my dogs ears. This product dries out any water that is left in the ears and helps reduce ear infection due to moisture. Love it

I go to a lake regularly with my boxer and he loves to play in the water and will even stick his head under the water to grab toys. Before I started using this product he got an ear infection, so I bought this product. I use this after a weekend at the lake and he has not had an ear infection since. He isn't a big fan of the drops going in his ears, but that is to be expected I guess.

The top is not designed to be a squirt top, so there is no way to apply a thin coating into the ear canal. Judging from the photographs of the product, I'm sure this is a mistake. The reason for the one star is that there is no ability to contact the seller or the manufacturer for an exchange.

A must for any lab/retriever owner! Great for after swimming and baths. If your dog's ears aren't thoroughly dried after a bath, water can get trapped in the ear canal and cause itching, and this turned into hot spots on my dog's cheek where he scratched open his face trying to get that itch. It's very difficult to reach that water with a towel, however. A few drops of this helped tremendously, and he hasn't had hot spots since.

It is a gel and not a liquid like I thought. Not sure it will work as good as what I used to have.

Ever since I started using this my dog hasn't had any ear infections due to water being in his ears. I have a golden retriever and his head is literally under water searching for rocks for a minute at a time.
