Approximately how long would it take two adults to complete this puzzle?

I have completed one in a day with my teenage son and husband but we did spend several 2 hours stints. I would say we spent between us about 8 hours. Other times it took us up to 3-4 days as we only spend an hour at a time. They are challenging but fun.
