I have been using this car phone holder for over a year and it still works as well as the first day! The suction cup is fitted on my dashboard and has been holding the arm up all that time (the idea is to have my phone right next to the speed icon etc as I use my sat navigation most days). So thumbs up for suction power and adhesion, even during and after the extreme summer heat.It is easy to install and can also easily be mounted on to the vent clip if desired (both mounts came with this product).While mounting the holder on to the vent clip however I got my first problem (a year later)- the screw on ring that screws to the back of the holder split in one area (I could still use the holder but as it couldn't be tightened it'd move all over). So I contacted customer service: a very smooth procedure from writing about the issue all the way to resolving it. I got a reply the next day and received a replacement product the same week. In addition, I got regular updates. Hence, I am now able to use the car phone holder as I originally did, and without any hassle in-between when it came to the issue. Thumbs up for customer care and great product, strong, versatile, and fit for the job it is intended for!

Quite a large item so I was worried it might flex or even fall off the windscreen with the weight of the phone but this is well engineered. High quality materials with a really effective suction cup system, which they claim is re-usable despite having an adhesive element to it.

A very high quality holder. Not the cheapest, but in this case you get what you pay for. It is robust and can be installed in many different ways. Grips the phone really well with no vibration and releases easily with the side button. Looking forward to years of good service.
