Best drinking water!
My last house had typical hard, city water. I would take filtered water from my fridge, into my brita, then use double filtered water for my tea kettle. Yet I’d still have to de-scale the build-up in my kettle regularly. Then I moved into a new apartment. I don’t know what is in the water here but the toilets will even get a strange purplish-gray film in the bowl if not flushed for a while. I definitely didn’t trust drinking from the tap. My new place doesn’t have a fridge dispenser or filter. I take it directly from my tap into this WaterDrop. And single filtered, this water is cleaner than my double filtered water at my last house. I can tell because, refilling my tea kettle daily, I still don’t see ANY buildup in my tea kettle after a month! It just tastes like clean water. I’ve even noticed my cats drinking more water. I’ll never go back to the B-brand again. This is a winner in my book!

Hydrating is so important, this pitcher makes it easy and the water delicious.
This is the second one I've bought. This one was a little larger than the first one. I love both. The smaller one fits better in my fridge cuz it's full of "stuff" so I got a larger one because I'm drinking more water now that I have this pitcher. I no longer need to get the expensive bottled water I was getting as this delivers delicious water. I use this filtered water in the icemaker, and the coffee maker so I don't have to decalcify those two things and of course making ice with this water keeps me drinking water all day, just like the doctor ordered. I really love it. Easy to use, filters quickly, I like the light blue color. It's just great.

WaterDrop Picture is a great product
I love this picture. I’ve checked the PH levels of the water and they are very good. The picture is very sturdy and easy to clean. Easy to replace the filter. I love the alert on the lid of the picture to tell you when to order a new filter. The lid is solid and has never fallen off. The spouts make it easy to pour. I have two of these pictures. My children have also ordered for their family.I know every one’s water taste different, and I hate the taste of water. With this picture it taste more like filtered water in a restaurant.

Good buy!
We're enjoying our pitcher! We were going through 1-2 gallon jugs per day. We wanted to be more environmentally friendly so we gave this guy a shot. It's pretty easy set up, but still keep your instructions. There are a few easily explained steps to install and activate the filter. I do wish it was bigger. I'm sure they make them bigger. But it'd have to be huge to keep up with our family. We all have 30+ ounce cups we refill all day and as long as the previous person refilled it, it'll just basically take the whole pitcher. It's not hard at all to refill, just time consuming. You could just fill the reservoir up and pop it in the fridge.. but that won't fill it up quite all the way. So you have to wait a couple minutes for it to filter and add some more. That's just personal preferences, really. It's a great pitcher, regardless of size. And we're glad to have it.

Definitely get one!
This is my favorite water pitcher! I tested the PH and it was 9.4!! My whole family uses it and you can taste the difference from this water compared to our fridge. We had a slight issue with the light not letting us know when to change the filter and I reached out to their customer service and they went above and beyond to make things right. I will be ordering more of these for when my son goes to college and for other family members.

Generous Resevoir, Stunning Design and Balanced Taste
Double drip technology is a sight to behold. Calming twin stream percolation provides moments of zen throughout my hydration day. Personally choosing not to make use of faucet flap and instead choose to pop the top and let tap flow directly into filtration tank. Water tastes good and versatile design can blend into kitchen anonymously or star as a bartop accent piece. Your friends will notice. You'll receive plenty of compliments. Most importantly, you'll drink enough water. Good value in it. I rate this product.

The only problem I had was registering the product.
This review is for the Waterdrop WD-PT-07B.The pitcher is an attractive baby blue. The photo to my eyes looked a bit more aqua blue. It is semi-transparent but not enough to really see through the top. The materials feel good. The size of the pitcher is much bigger than my OXO alkaline water pitcher, which was too small for my taste but it's fine. This jug holds enough water to last me about 2 days before refilling, OR I just refill it each time I take it out. It also comes with a little timer button to let you know when it's time to change filters - I assume it will base it on time like 3 months from now? There is a nifty little spring port at the top so you won't have to remove and replace the lid of this pitcher each time you fill it up. You can set the jug in the sink and turn the water on. The spring hinged top port is big enough not to cause issue: roughtly 2" by 1.5". The spring is loose enough that the pressure from your spicket should keep the aperture depressed while it fills, you still have to turn your water off if you don't want it to overflow. (Someone probably wouldn't figure that out if I do not tell them.) I truly enjoy this novel idea BUT if the spring fails it might be more of a problem than a solution - good idea nevertheless.I was sold on this pitcher because of the 7 sediment filtration system and the partial filtering of fluoride, something Brita filters do not claim to do that this one CLAIMS to do. I haven't done any scientific research to see if it does it's job at all because unless you take your water to a specialist, none of the test on Amazon seem to be legit testers. The technology of this filter is generally what is found in higher priced systems, be it at a much smaller degree.I done a blind taste test with my mom and she knew right away which was filtered and which wasn't. I used the same style glass, same water level, same temperature. She didn't have to do a repeat, she pointed right away the correct choice. She said easy decision. Her taste buds are better than mine but I agreed with her that I thought I could tell a difference too. The city water had a chemical aftertaste to me, this one I couldn't get much aftertaste at all. So, as far as flavor it is filtering out something because the taste is better than bottled water IMO.The only negatives I see with this filter are:The filter a lot of times does get very slow filtering - almost coming to a complete hault. I try to leave the pitcher out until it is finished. It seems to have a tougher time filtering cold water than room temp water. This could be a good thing as it is slowing the water down to a standstill, therefore in my imagination I am assuming it must be cleaning it. It is good it has 2 drains, as often one gets jammed but the other continues flowing water through. I haven't had a filter take more than 5 minutes but it may slow down with age?The great idea of the spring could be a cause of concern if it stopped springing back up. I genuinely applaud the effort and I hope it holds up. If it holds up this is one of the best ideas ever. Very useful concept and so far works flawlessly. I would advise not to play with it too much and don't let your kids break it.The registration was a pain. Their website does not list this model. So expect to have to speak with the customer service and correspond through your email address. The rep said this has been a problem they are trying to fix. Mia was very kind even though I was getting impatient. I spent 4 days trying to register this. In the end, I tried to put in Pitcher Filtration System and then all straightforward information since the model number is not listed. The website would not accept Pitcher Filtration System - it flagged it. So I had to send Mia a screenshot and she said she got my information in. This took 4 days and I'll spare you the back and forth. I hope you know what to do if you buy this filter. On a good note, the registration gives 2 year warranty and a free filter. So it was a nice addition that kind of backfired. But since Mia was so polite and kind, I cannot fault the pitcher for this and anyone looking for a good pitcher should realize this seems like an excellent bargain for an excellent product. I don't want to confuse people with lower ratings simply based on a failed attempt to provide excellent customer service that intertwined with it a simple human error.Thank you Waterdrop! I like this filter and appreciate the free filter (if I get it). I wasn't expecting one so if I get it, a great gift!
