This can is super lightweight, however have had it less than a month and the handle is chipped and peeling already

I love the super light weight carbon fiber cane. But my cane is too long for me, I need to have it shortened and have the rubber tip replaced. I have tried everything to contact the company for almost 2 years so I can return the cane to them to shorten the carbon fiber cane and replace the tip. But Harvey will not return my emails nor calls. There is virtually no way to contact Harvey for Warrantee work or replacement or Repair. The cane is great, the best, but the company is the absolute worst for customer service or satisfaction. If they have someone working in this department, they need to find someone else, from their website to emails to phones, they will not return any attempt I have made to contact them. Great product, but the company has no American spirit.
