I'm really satisfied with the product. I was just a little confused about this one rubber item that came with it, as the manual didn't specify what it was for. Turns out, it's a cover for the webcam for when you're not using it, for privacy.I already had a directional microphone, so I didn't use the webcam for its mic, but the image quality and FPS are great.The only things I could criticize are two-fold. One, the USB cable coming out of it goes down in the direction where you would expect your monitor to be, as it perches on top of it. It's just slightly annoying that you have to bend the cable backwards, otherwise it just tilts your webcam slightly to the right (I'm a bit OCD about these things). Two, the camera has a fisheye effect, but as far as I can tell, there's no easily accessible software or settings to change this.Regardless, it is a fantastic product for the price. Probably the cheapest one I found, and it does the main thing really well: crisp, clean, high quality video feed.

Was looking for a webcam with a tripod because my daughter needed a better webcam. The one on her chromebook cam wasn't clear. Found this one for a low price and the pictures said a tripod was included. Read the reviews and some did say a tripod was included. They were right. So I thought we needed to download something for the camera to work. Nothing was needed and worked great for my daughter's chromebook. We did several tests with each other setting up google meets and ask my sister to send her a google meet. Webcam works great. I'm glad for the tripod because to me the webcam is a bit heavy. For the price, this is great. I really hope this product lasts a long time.Update... A weird glitch happened since we started using it. My daughter uses this with her chromebook. When she was done using the camera, she unplugged it and it shut down her laptop. It happened two days ago. Today was fine but I hope it won't happen again. The webcam still works. Just weird.

This is good, it installs right away, but it does not have a software. What that means is that you cannot adjust the camera captioning, in terms of color, brightness, contrast etc. For me that is not ideal. In addition, as I am teaching classes online, and the focus needs to change depending on how far I am from the camera, I wish this camera had a zoom feature, but it does not. Overall: good product for the price, image quality is good, but if you are looking for something more sophisticated and adjustable to your needs, this is not it. I would recommend it for regular, average use.

The webcam installed in my HP laptop was bad (blurry and dark). Was looking for a better replacement and stumbled across this webcam. Overall it's good: sharp quality, good lighting, doesn't look pixelated, was very easy to install (literally just plugged in the USB and it worked!) and even comes with a privacy protector and tripod. The only thing I don't like about it is the fish eye or fish bowl look. There is no way to adjust this since it's plug and use (no drivers or software to install). I guess this was to create the wide view, but it makes part of the room look warped. Other than that, this webcam is good and affordable, would recommend to others.

**UPDATE**Camera had great picture until recently. Not picture is fuzzy and lost 25-30% of clarity. Nothing changed on my computer and I've tried rebooting, unplugging and replugging, nothing seems to help restore clarity. Appears to be camera issue.I've only had the camera for a few days, but have used in several times as I'm working from home like so many others. Got tired of using the camera on my laptop while hooked into my desktop station with two monitors , keyboard, etc.Extremely easy to connect and get started; took about 2 minutes!! Clarity is fantastic and the mic seems to work better than my external speaker/mic. However it is W-I-D-E angle and your audience can see everything around you. Several people mentioned that they didn't know my home office was SO BIG and could see my file cabinets, book shelves and etc. Better clean up your clutter before going on line, you will have no secrets.So quality of the camera's output is great and I'm very happy with the value of my purchase. I'm just hoping the reliability continues for years to come.

plug and play webcam work awesome on my daughter's chromebox for her schoolwork and it works fabulously, this my second webcam this year, and this one has been the best one and cheaper. she uses this cam at least 4 times a day since we got it due to school google meet meeting, The quality of the video and audio is awesome my daughter hasn't had any issues with the video or audio. the webcam comes with a mini trip pod which is very cool and the webcam is very sturdy as well

Bought 2, and one of them soon show problems, basically disconnects with any PC/Laptop within 30 minutes, shorter than any zoom call I can finish. This is bad enough, but the worse part is I tried to contact the seller on warranty. I engaged on talks with them for a long period, intermittently, provided all information they asked for, and they stopped getting back to me. I have to say I wasted time worth more that I paid for the product. In summary, DO NOT BUY, you are warned.

This camera is extremely easy to use and the picture quality looks great. Simply plug the camera cord into your computer’s USB port and you are good to go. I use this for work video conferences and it works without any hassles.My camera initially did not arrive with a camera cover or the mini tripod but FUSwlan customer service was very fast and responsive and simply sent me the parts and they arrived a couple days later. The camera cover works perfectly and the tripod is a nice additional feature. Would definitely recommend.
