My second Tough Book.
It was hard to tell my cf-31 wasn't brand new, condition and operation was excellent. The computer included all the features as advertised. The charger may have been damaged in transit , once advised the seller replaced the charger promptly. The product I received was better than expected and the after sale experience was responsive professional and friendly. I will purchase from this seller again and recommend them to friends. Bob's team are experts on this product line. I am a happy customer.

My W key broke off on my keyboard... No big deal, bought some super glue and glued it back on. I am very happy with how this laptop is operating. For the price, you cannot go wrong with it. Very happy and have informed others of this remanufacturer also.

Excellent value for the money
Much better than I expected from a used tough book! It arrived packed really well, which is great considering that delivery and courier groups these days like to toss packages. I was impressed how quick and easy it booted up and how fast it is. I really appreciate this service and I would recommend this particular product and seller for sure.

Awful product ... scammy ....sketchy
I received my toughbook 1 day ago . Only 15 minutes after opening it I had a claim started with the protection plan I bought for the busted charger. I opened the box that had no dents on it whatsoever and a piece of plastic fell out .... I looked closer to find the charger casing busted ( See picture) . I considered keeping it ans filed a claim to have the charger replaced . Then I used it for a couple hours and it froze up ans would not move anywhere . I decided I was going to box it up and send it back. I wanted to reset it to take my information out so the computer first ans surprise!! Im not the administrator so I can't make any changes and I can not reset this ans wipe my personal info out so I can send it back ... utterly frustrated !!! No way to contact the seller because they don't let you talk directly to the seller. $628 and I have a hunk of junk !!! It would be nice if someone would contact me to let me know how to get rid of my personal info so I can send this junk back to Amazon

Works well
For my purpose of laptops go, this one I got replaces my, at the time of the review, 12 yrld laptop that can't even play a 480 video anymore. This works great in place of it. Minor, low usage, games work well, touchscreen works great, keyboard feels great, and able to do actual stuff like documents, watch videos, etc.Over all, just a great toughbook.

Great Deal
Thank You Gavan for answering all my questions, and putting up with me. The Computer is awesome, and much faster than I thought it would be. Everything looks brand new. No scratches or blemishes. Everything is as promised. I would recommend this computer to anyone that needs a rugged outdoor laptop.

Too many hours on computer
When this computer arrived, I checked the hours and it has 42,650 hours on it. I don’t believe that that is excellent condition.
