Are these authentic Sennheiser even from a third party?

That's a difficult, essentially impossible, question to answer accurately. I highly doubt there is anyone or any group that has verified the authenticity of the product from every third party seller. Furthermore, any such answer or report would be a snapshot in time — new third party sellers could appear, unscrupulous third party sellers could change and start selling counterfeit products after the report, some third party sellers might be selling a mixture of authentic & counterfeit products (possibly without malice and without knowledge of that fact) and whoever is doing the verification would randomly get one or the other and the report would only be partially accurate, meaning the verification wouldn't be a guarantee that any given order would get what was reported. The best thing to do is to buy from authorized dealers & retailers. If you're buying from a third party here on Amazon, then it's upon you to do the research to verify that seller's reputation and whether or not Sennheiser (or the manufacturer of other products) has authorized them to sell their products.

can these be used while wearing glasses?

No. These are very uncomfortable if you wear glasses. Besides, I have moved away from Sennheiser products. They are very lousy in providing firmware updates. Their products do not work with Windows 11 due to firmware incompatibilities. Their Technical Support told me to downgrade to Windows 10 (a very lousy answer.)

Does it have dedicated mute button?

The Sennheiser IE 80S BT does have a mute function. To mute the headphones during a call, press the multi-function button for 2 seconds. The microphone will be muted and you will hear a voice prompt “Mute On” To continue the call and reactivate the microphone press the multi-function again until you hear the voice prompt “Mute Off”

Is this uc (unified communications) capable?

This is clearly a playback-focused setup. While it allows simultaneous pairing to two devices, I don't think it is UC-certified.
