I am obsessed with this little gadget. I have tried all things foam rollers, shiatsu rollers, massage tool contraption, and this is what works the best and so simple. I am in the car with it right now. Always travel with me especially if I am a passenger in car. You just lay your weight down into it on the ground and sink into it. Lock yourself in a room for a while and let go and let it do it’s thing. Loosesns muscles, gets some crunchy spots and stretches and relaxes. Slap on an led mask and you’re good to go.

These are much lighter than traditional Lacrosse massage balls, but they're good for being more portable to carry. It's advertised that the balls are wider apart. For some areas, it does feel too wide, but it's good width if using on side of the spine, that way it won't press directly on the spine. I don't feel too much difference between the Black hard and Red soft. Soft is still pretty firm, with a tad more give. So far I find the hard one is best on my neck knots. I recommend these, especially for the price point (11.99 when I purchased)

Great quality and it hits the spots! I saw some of these in one of the clinics I work at, I wanted something to press into my lower back during long drives between clinics. Have been using it for about 6 months.WOW, this feels great. Firm (but not crushing), precise (the adjustable width is a bonus) and it’s portable. I’ve even taken it to church to lean back against the firm wooden pew backrest on the different levels of the spine (keep talking Padre! Never have enjoyed a long sermon more!).I recommend this Allplay massage ball to my patients when they need a self massage/mobilization device that is easy, affordable, precise and most of all effective.FOLLOW UP 2/7/24: I bought another one! My other one is “somewhere” at work (could be anywhere!) I even sent it with a pilot who was flying to Australia and back on his last flight before retirement. I showed him where to place this massage ball and he returned pain free. I have since recommended this massage ball to several of my patients who need “that spot” released for a lot less and at their convenience than I could do for them. :D I use this on my own spine white sitting against a hard surface (or long drives), it’s become a daily necessity! I get tired of my Tennis ball rolling around.So I decided to try this product. It works great for self manual therapy. I have shared it with many clients.

If I lay on my back on the floor with my head flat to the floor, and place this under my neck, I barely even feel it. It's not tall enough to reach my neck and get knots out. This is best used against a wall or in a chair with a tall back.This can work for your back or your feet just fine, but for the neck it is not sufficient.

Would recommend these to anyone and every one suffering from back pain.My massage therapist advised me of these and I can not tell you how many times these have saved me from a world of pain. Not to mention using these has really cut down on my need to go to the chiropractor as often.Excellent product!!!
