Airtech Super Quality Bladeless Fan, 10-inch Table Pedestal Oscillating Fan (Diamond Blue)

I held high hopes for this fan. After all, it looks nice, had good reviews, and appeared to be up to the job. After 3 months it started to make a clicking sound whilst rotating. I turned it off and left it hoping it would fix itself (temp causing parts to swell maybe?), the problem didn't change and I needed the rotating function. Clicking got louder then stopped altogether. I tried contacting amazon for a replacement or at least a repair but they said I had to contact the manufacturer but they didn't have their contact details. I tried to get in touch with Airtec to no avail.. I came across something online saying that they are an African company but I couldn't find any way to get in contact. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix the clicking or how to get in touch with them I'd love to hear it.For now I am very disappointed since this isn't a cheap fan yet manufacturing quality does reflect cheap materials/engineering.

I highly recommend this Airso 10" bladeless fan. It is fantastic. The Airso is quieter than my Dyson 12" bladeless fan (Dyson AM01 12" table fan-Silver) at all speeds and seems to push through as much air at any given speed. The build quality is excellent, and is comparable to Dyson. The Airso costs only about half as much as the Dyson, while performing as well or better.The remote is a bonus and works well. However its construction is a bit flimsy, in contrast to the excellent quality of the fan.

This fan is FANTASTIC - love the remote especially because the powerful airflow means it can be sitting quite a distance from my desk and I don't have to use my stupid legs to adjust either speed or vacillation. I love this thing and I'm thrilled not to have had to spend as much as a Dyson cost for the same performance. Just awesome - I'm able to keep the thermostat in the mid 70's because of the great air circulation this fan produces. LOVE IT!

I really like this fan. We have used it during the summer months in the evening. However, this morning, July 30, 2013, after purchasing it in April, it stopped oscillating. We are not happy with that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased this product for my office and plugged it in. The fan blows fine; however, it is very noisy. I would not recommend this for an office environment.

Worked well and looked good during intermittent use. Completely quit on me at 5 years while the much older Dyson and Patton fans keep going. Waste of money.

I did give it to a friend, but was considering returning it. It made more noise than my ears cared for. I just have very sensitive ears but as a fan it was great.

I bought two of these for both of my kids rooms. no worries about having them touch it. and its so easy to operate my two year old has no issues working it. also, on the lowest fan speed setting, the amount of energy that it uses is 8.5 watts. very low amount of energy used. would buy again.
