I paid for 12 bottles of Clariol hair color and only received 11. It also won’t let me report that I’m missing part of my order.

No result! Don't buy it. Something wrong.

Been using product for years. This is a very good price. Down side for me was one was broken when it arrived. I would order again.

I wish I could add a photo. I have used this color for years, but this time my hair came out red. An ugly rust red color and it looks terrible. I changed nothing in my application or developer and it still came out red. I have medium dirty blonde hair color and this has always worked to give me the lighter medium blonde. Something changed in the ingredients or color number. Also, my hair is normally very soft after using the Loreal because of the Soyplex and that didn't happen with this at all! My hair looks unhealthy and has no volume or shine. Why do they always have to change something that we have used for years and years?

I’ve been using this for years! My hair is soft, shiny, silky, and baby blonde! My hair is naturally dark blonde, so this really lightens it up. I think if you have black hair, this may not be for you.
