I don't think so... Better wear contact lenses (IMO)

Do these goggles keep the wind/air out of your eyes?

Yes, they're good for that. They have small vent holes on the tops and bottoms that keep them from fogging up. I never feel wind on my eyes, so they don't dry out. I don't have contacts, though...

They definitely are. They are very well vented around the lenses and actually come with a yellow sticker on one lens that states "Anti Fog". Fogging is always a concern of mine as these are great for not fogging up. Highly recommended!
