Still going strong after a few months of use. It is easy enough to install provided you know what you’re doing, make sure you use the plumbers tape at every join or you’re asking for leaks in a few weeks time.The water pressure is good, easy to get the hang of the sensitivity; the harder you press down on the trigger the more water pressure there is.While it’s cold water only the water isn’t as freezing to being with, as the water in the pipe gets heated with the ambient air in the house. So it’s not as much of a shock to the system as freezing cold water will be. Let it run long enough and it probably will be incredibly cold, but so far there hasn’t been a reason to run it for that long.The hook fits easily onto the cistern, even on weird shaped toilet backs (see photo for the angular cistern that I have in one of the bathrooms).I have three toilets in my house and they’re now all hooked up to one of these bidets, and they make such a difference. The only toilet that gave us any issue was a square toilet that for some reason was plumbed into a box that was then tiled shut. No fault of the bidet, but questionable logic by a previous builder or plumber. Once fitted it looks like it was always meant to be there. I was initially concerned about it looking as cheap as it is, but there’s no plastic looking bits in sight. They all look and feel like they were much more expensive than what I paid for them.One very happy household, thank you!

Build quality is good as expected. Very easy to install and the install guide is clear. Have been using this for months and works very. never had any issue. Plumber quoted me £120 for supply and fit. I did the same thing for £20 and did it myself. nice saving... highly recommended.

This was a great addition to our toilet seat, very easy to assemble and attach to water mains. I did the job alone as I'm a handy person but you might require a plumber if not. All the accessories needed are included in the package. High build quality and nice operation. We've had this for a couple of months now and no signs of rust whatsoever. Highly recommended.

Easy to install. Get addition to the bathroom. If a bird poo landed on your arm would you wipe it off or wash it?Good quality. Handle bracket that you can just hang of the cistern if you don’t want to mount it. Recommended.

Good product but looks a bit cheap. The hose is a little long for those who want to buy it to know. other than that it's nice.
