Sturdy and comfortable
Absolutely love this yoga block! It's incredibly versatile. I bought it for mat pilates but I also use it for stretching and yoga. The value is unbeatable, and it performs like a dream. It provides excellent support and comfort without being too firm. It is designed with good stability, and it's lightweight enough to toss in your bag and take anywhere. I’ve needed some for a very long time. There’s great and soft enough for forearms across but also firm that they don’t lose shape. Great price point also.

Good set of yoga blocks!
It’s a good set. Broad blocks so they are pretty stable. Good enough soft and solid enough for stability. The foam is however easily tearable.

Great for a minimal DIY flat bench lol..
I didn’t buy this for yoga. I don’t have space in the basement to store a foldable flat bench. I’ve been doing bench and flyes on a thick foot cushion but thought I’d try these instead. Works great for my shoulder width (I wear a t shirt S, 36 suit jacket). I put one the wide way against shoulder blades and one the short way right above it as a head rest. Good ROM. Not as soft as a cushion or a real flat bench but soft enough so it doesn’t feel uncomfortable. Still hard enough so it doesn’t just collapse. Currently just benching 80 lbs. it might give out at like +150 idk.
