Great consistent magnesium!
I take this magnesium every night before bedtime. I never have restless legs and I fall asleep quickly. The dosage is good if you take 2 at a time. The price is very reasonable. They are kinda powdery on the outside of the individual capsules. It’s not a negative, just a observation. I highly recommend anything from Solaray.

Different Magnesium types work differently, different purposes.Many years ago - a Chinese man working in a suplement store told meMagnesium Asporotate causes you to move your bowels in the morning- and it does. :) (Not diarrhea).
