Better than calling a serviceman!
The spindle that holds the wheel on the upper shelf of our dishwasher broke 2 months after we bought the dishwasher. This is an awesome kit! Took me about 10 minutes to remove the old and put the new parts on. The screw in the wheel is a game changer. Awesome product and even the plastic parts felt better made than the ones that came with our dishwasher!

Great, but only one minor flaw
Perfect replacement and definitely stronger wheel attachment, but the rail stops do not fit on end of the rails. No problem, we used the old rail stops, as the new ones were not an exact match. Also, the videos are great, except there are no instructions or video on removing and installing the rail stops.

Worked great to fix my falling upper basket. The wheels were actually better than the original wheels because they are attached with screws. Definitely worth the cost.

Fixed broken wheels
My wheel snapped just like in the photos but this new system with more sturdy wheels solves that problem! Installation/replacement was easy for a DIY project it took about 20 minutes. I did have problems with the track ends as others mentioned but not a huge deal since I had my old ones.
