Binky to the Rescue (A Binky Adventure)

While defending his space station (aka house) against an alien invader (aka bug), Binky accidentally falls out of a window and must survive in outer space long enough to get back in the station. He is finally rescued by a human before he runs out of air. But Binky's mouse Ted was unwittingly abandoned outside and is in danger of alien attack! Binky must rescue his faithful sidekick before the aliens make mincemeat out of him.Binky's delusions about the outside world and his own position are hilarious. Kids should love this quick graphic novel about a normal house cat who is thoroughly convinced he's an intrepid Space Cat, that the outside of the house is outer space, and that bugs are aliens.Notes on content: No language issues. So cute I stocked this at Amazon and had to have it for myself (I'm 27). The art is beautiful and the humor is good for adults and kids.

I'm a 3rd-5th grade teacher and my kids really enjoy this comic book series. The best part is that it's leveled for Accelerated Reader (AR), so my kiddos get points for reading it. As an adult, I can appreciate appropriate comic books for children, especially since we should be providing multiple genres of text.

My kids love Binky books. I'm not sure why the find him so amusing ... but oh well .. they are reading and laughing together. What more can I say

This is a fantastic book for children (young or teen), and great to read as an adult. I love the surprisingly stupid wit of Binky. His perspective on the human world offers a lot of laughs and creative follow-up play. My 5- and 3-year old nephews just gobbled this and Binky the Space Cat right up!

I picked up Binky to pop out of the glove box when the kids got bored on a long car ride. It worked beautifully. As soon as they started to get out of sorts I gave them Binky and they were happily absorbed. Peace in the back seat. Ahh.

My 7 year old loves Binky more than words can say - I love him too, though her dad is not a fan of Binky's endless pooting. Hehe. The stories are cute, the pictures adorable. Definite winners.

Didn't realize it was a comic book format. And the fart jokes ? Well maybe little boys like it but I bought this for my granddaughter and found this unnecessary.
