My WeighSCM2500BK 345 2500i Scale 2500g by 0.5g Scale

Accurate ( enough ) .I compared with ohaus four beam scale.I don't mind I have to get AC adapter as optional.It's just my weigh brand doesn't seem to offer one. Not even in their home page.The manual just states to use the collect adapter DC 6-9V 100mA.Auto off feature drives me crazy ( I needed this scale for time consuming project ).I wish there was the way to disable it.UpdateI found the way to disable auto off in i2600 manual you can download in Google.Very simple.Why didn't they put that on this manual?After all, this is decent scale.

This is my first food scale and i love it. I admit, it's kind of addicting. But this scale is super easy to use. One of the reasons i selected it was because of its accuracy : .5 grams. Many i've seen are only accurate to 1 gram. So this one is a bit more precise. Also, i really like that it weighs food in grams, though i also do use the ounce feature. It is very easy to just switch between them, by hitting the mode button.I also really like the tare feature. It is not necessary to use the large plastic bowl that comes with the scale. Often I use plates, lids, glasses, or measuring cups and just hit "tare." Initially i didn't use the bowl at all and have only used it for salad greens though really, why do i need to worry about calories in mixed field greens or baby spinach? i don't, but i'm just curious and the ibalance provides the answer. I like to weigh out to the gram whey protein power, oats, meat, fruit. The max on this scale is just over 5 lbs, so if you work with larger quantities you would probably prefer a larger model, but for most folks, I believe this scale would fit for everyday use.Furthermore, the price here is excellent, better than i've seen elsewhere. The manufacturer also has a good reputation. For me, this scale is just right!

Purchased this item in January 2020.Today August 17,2021, 18 months later, its display is dimming, the on-off switch works only intermittently, the display is indicating "overload" with no weight, and its measured values are increasing variable.I purchased this to exclusively measure ingredients for home-made pizza, making 10 pizza batches at a time, five times per year, thus roughly fifteen times to mix ingredients for 150 pizzas - one pizza per week for 1-1/2 years.When the unit was working properly it was adequate.However in my opinion it is too cheaply made and such shoddy quality severely shortens its useful life.I will search Amazon again for a better replacement, but I will aim to obtain a higher quality, longer lasting product, made in a country other than China.I wonder if manufacturers will ever learn that employing your countries own workers is the best way to develop and produce products that will meet your markets needs.Maximizing profits and minimizing costs by using foreign workers is usually equal to a lower quality product, a short product life and a disgruntled customer.

When I received the i500 it was missing one of the 4 little rubber feet about half the size of a pencil eraser. I contacted the manufacturer to see if I could get a replacement rather than having to send the entire scale back for a return/exchange which seemed a bit excessive for such a small problem. I was told that the manufacturer does not have the feet for replacement and I would have the ship the scale back to the manufacturer or to Amazon to trade it out. Really? I opted to find a replacement for the foot myself. The scale works fine, no complaints. The contact with the manufacturer and their response to a simple problem with the foot missing from the scale was lame. A classic example of customer service disconnect.

Weighs well, holds a calibration, easy use with handy auto-shutoff. I used it 1-3 days a month and alls well until the screen died at 7 yrs.

This is the second My Weigh scale I have purchased. The old i1200 I bought 6 years ago and still works perfectly. It has not required any service or adjusting.The new model came accurate out of the box. I like the new look. So far I am impressed. Will update if anything changes.

This wasn't cheap, but it's the best scale I've had. I mainly use it to weigh loose tea. It holds 6 AA batteries. It's not a micro scale. It's decent size.

This scale works well and the bowl makes it convenient to weigh large amounts of whatever you are weighing.Seemed accurate. I did test with some weights. Only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because I wish it had another decimal point.
