Upward water spout
The tap is robust and great value for money, it has an adjustable upward water spout, great for rinsing your mouth after brushing your teeth, the spout moves from right to left too. Perfect for what I wanted.

Disappointed !
The media could not be loaded. Impressive look and feel to it . As soon as the plumber fitted , Leak at first run . Disappointed ! Definitely Return on its way but I actually like the idea of this tap and there’s some good reviews . So , I ordered another one , hope and see if the second one works okay , if not , I will let you all know .Update …The second order installed and working well so far as described .

Tap leaks
We ordered the tap several weeks before the plumber was due to fix the tap. Once the tap was installed, great design, after a few weeks the top section started to leak. There are only a few weeks to advise on return, the leak only became apparent after this short period.It is not cost effective to remove the tap, plumber costs, send the faulty tap back, secure another and pay for a return visit from the plumber, the labour involved is more than the tap is worth .No response has been provided on completion of the original complaint, very poor show.It is bad enough getting a faulty product without getting a hopeless after sales service

I'm not sure how long crome tubing will wear on the faucet- I will not be using anything too aggressive in cleaning Solutions or abrasion

Poor design and manufacturing quality. No manufacturer support.
Bought August 2023.Pros- very smart design. Good finish. Height and reach just perfect for our deep bowl sink. Amazon's fantastic customer service.Cons - Poor quality manufacturing. Had two. The first sprayed water everywhere immediately after installation. The seals all leaked. Replaced next day. This lasted until January 2025 when the mixer valve failed. Tap couldn't be dissembled so not possible to to replace faulty valve -£2, but instead needed a whole new replacement and removal / fitting. The supplier web site silent on this failure mode. Wouldn't buy again.
