Is it dishwasher safe ?

I would not recommend washing these in the dishwasher. The plastic handles may not last as long. I have one that was given to me that is now about 20 yrs old, still sharp, handle is sturdy, it’s never been in the dishwasher

The stamp on the blade is made in Germany, as the name implies.

Are they really made in germany or one of those fake knives that are being sold in market?

To the best of my knowledge, they are made in Germany. They are great little knives, and if properly cared for, they will stay sharp for years.
