This MacBook was by far my best buy. It's thin, light, and reliable, and the battery lasts for an entire week. You can't get better than this for the price.

I bought my first laptop from them and I was able to log on and it worked and was in excellent used condition and then the screen just went black and it didn’t work at all within a few days. I exchanged it for the exact same replacement item and they sent me with with a broken / loose screen hinge so it won’t stay at any angle other than fully open/ leaned back or fully closed and it had lots of dents, you could tell it was an aftermarket replacement screen (it was shinier than Mac original) and had a weird smell as it hadn’t even been wiped down. I returned this one and decided to look at Best Buy instead and now this company says that they refunded my money to my Amazon account but they have not. My money is nowhere to be found even though they claim my return was approved and that they refunded my original payment method (Amazon gift card). I had to open an A to Z Amazon claim and I am still waiting for my return money to be processed…

the other reviews had me a little scared to order but it came packaged really nice . had little to no scrapes on it , easy setup , seems to be working like a brand new one .

I love it! I have been wanting one forever and finally worked hard to get myself one! My favorite thing about it is that I can text and I don't have to use my phone when doing things on it! It is in good quality but I feel that it could have been more wrapped and protected in the box but overall it is good! A lot of getting used to but I will eventually get used to it

Very nice MacBook Air, mine looked brand new with no damage or wear at all. Worked perfectly from first second. The only drawback is the battery life, its REALLY bad. You can put it to sleep and within a few hours its already lost 25% or more. Not sure how much it would cost to get new battery but, still this is a GREAT deal vs. the price of a brand new MacBook. Overall would recommend it though, just know you'll probably be needing to stay near a power source.

Buyer BEWARE!First of all, I am not a person who usually writes reviews and I purchase from Amazon on an almost daily basis. I do, however, take time to read the reviews and usually sort by Most Recent. I am very disappointed in not listening to the experiences of others and thinking that I would "take the chance" on this one. I regret this purchase.When the laptop arrived via FedEx, I immediately opened the package. There was no packaging! The laptop and charger were just inside a box with no filling or anything to keep it from being damaged. Of course, the box was pretty heavily beaten up. This was the first indicator that something would be wrong with the machine. Yet, I pressed on.After unboxing the computer, I tried to turn it on and there was no power. Usually, there would be some type of power on a device but I decided to ignore the second red flag and put the laptop on the charger. It took several hours to get to a place where it was charged, so I thought.Once the computer was charged, I used it for exactly 18 minutes before it powered down the first time. Previous to it powering down, I was going through the process of downloading all the business apps I needed. I confirmed the build of the computer in the System Preferences to ensure I received the actual computer that I paid for. Then, the computer just shut down. At first, I thought this was due to the software (Microsoft 365) install.Again, I put the computer on the charger for quite some time. I tried to turn it back on and it would not power beyond the login screen. It was at this point that I realized I purchased a fast-moving, MacBook Air paperweight! Several times (more than 10x), I tried the process of charging and restarting. Once I could get the computer on, a new error message popped up in the Notifications Center that says: "The battery's capacity is significantly reduced. To restore capacity, please check your service options." What?! This is absolutely insane! The repair of the battery costs more than I paid for the device. Given this serious functional issue, I do not understand how they are selling this for "Refurbished-Excellent" condition. That is a complete lie! It is not in excellent condition if it cannot be used.I have contacted Amazon and they are assisting with receiving a replacement. I am hopeful that the replacement will work!Please look at other options before purchasing from this seller. I have purchased several other MacBook Air computers without any issue and have been extremely satisfied with my purchases. I understand the appeal of wanting a device with a higher Intel package (i7 vs i5), lots more RAM, a larger hard drive, and 2.2 GHz of speed. That would have been great IF the device actually worked but it does not. At best, the computer will stay on for no longer than 30 minutes, while docked and on the charger. Be very careful. Take heed to this advice and the advice of others. Look for other sellers with better ratings and more consistent products. This is not worth one red penny!

no visual scratches works perfect like new from the Mac Store all I have to do now is update to the latests OS no need for the white BOX
