I have been having this for 7 years and hear are my results
I was 6 stone 7 years ago when I started weight training I have used this and trained like an animal and with in 2years off doing this I went from 6 stone to 9 and i have just kept gaining weight I have 2 a day and a big meal and now I weight 12stone so it does work but slowly you are not gunna gain 4 stone in 3month and if you dont exercise whilst using this it will leave you feeling bloated and fat. Very good product I stand buy it
